The 4mm difference is so small that a 5x114 rim will fit on a 5x110 lug pattern but will ultimately be off by that little amount. Install the new pulleys where the old ones were. First the idler pulley, and second the tensioning pulley. Tension can be set by using an Allen wrench to hold the pulley in a rotated position while tightening the main bolt.
