Basically, if your physics calculus take less time that the unrelated part of the skyrim main loop, it doesn't slow that loop anymore; if it takes more time, the Skyrim exe will wait for it, still it's way less fps lost than running them one after another. Everytime I try to use HDT SMP all it does is break the High Heels/Ballet Boots so they just look bad and in the ground, and pretty much disable all the physics, boob, ass, belly and EVERYTHING else.
